A thrilling new partnership with Ftelos Brewery commenced in the 2023 season.

Situated in an impressive, modern space spanning 4,800 square meters, on a 7,200 square meter plot of land in Karterados, Santorini, this brewery boasts a unique, bioclimatic garden featuring ancient and rare trees from various parts of the world. Ftelos Brewery is open to visitors and offers delicious and original fresh beers, paired with a variety of quality dishes and desserts from the à la carte MALT restaurant. The cuisine draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of Greek and Mediterranean flavours. Additionally, it offers a beer pairing menu, extensive options for street food and tapas, as well as beer tastings that include all the available brewery beers, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen bites. This provides each visitor with a complete gastronomic experience. Special guided tours are available at the brewery, and there are masterclasses led by professional brewers for those who wish to learn the secrets of brewing beer.

In a special and beautiful area of Ftelos Brewery, cooking classes are also offered to guests interested in mastering Cycladic and local recipes. The experience includes a meal with the food they’ve cooked and beer tasting. Furthermore, there is a gift shop on-site for visitors who want to take home souvenirs or products from the brewery. The Ftelos Brewery signature beer is the Blue Monkey, a modern beer with its own personality and distinctive flavour, inspired by the frescoes discovered at the archaeological site of Akrotiri, in the southern part of Santorini.
