- 400 gr butter pommade (soft)
- 200 gr icing sugar
- 500 gr plain flour
- 1 stick Madagascar Vanilla
- 250 gr bitter chocolate
- Orange zest

STEP BY STEP
For the Biscuits
- STEP 01Beat the butter with icing sugar. Cut vanilla pod in half and remove with a small knife the seeds from inside.
- STEP 02Add vanilla and orange zest into the mixer. Add flour and mix a bit more.
- STEP 03Spread the pastry on cling film and make small rolls. Leave in fridge for an hour.
- STEP 04Cut into thin slices and place them on a tray with a silpat. Bake them at 170 degrees Celcious for 9-11 minutes.
- STEP 05Melt chocolate in bain marie. Put a fork in and ''paint'' with the liquid chocolate over the biscuits as you like.
