  • 400 gr butter pommade (soft)
  • 200 gr icing sugar
  • 500 gr plain flour
  • 1 stick Madagascar Vanilla
  • 250 gr bitter chocolate
  • Orange zest

STEP BY STEP
For the Biscuits
  • STEP 01
    Beat the butter with icing sugar. Cut vanilla pod in half and remove with a small knife the seeds from inside.
  • STEP 02
    Add vanilla and orange zest into the mixer. Add flour and mix a bit more.
  • STEP 03
    Spread the pastry on cling film and make small rolls. Leave in fridge for an hour.
  • STEP 04
    Cut into thin slices and place them on a tray with a silpat. Bake them at 170 degrees Celcious for 9-11 minutes.
  • STEP 05
    Melt chocolate in bain marie. Put a fork in and ''paint'' with the liquid chocolate over the biscuits as you like.
